All purchases of tokens and premium subscriptions are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you understand what you are purchasing before completing a transaction.

5. Token System

  • Tokens are the virtual currency used on IMVUBot
  • Tokens have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Unused tokens do not expire but are non-transferable
  • Token prices and feature costs may change without notice

6. Payment

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • We do not store your payment card information
  • Ensure your payment details are accurate to avoid transaction issues
  • All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
